**Job Summary**
**BCI Construction \& Infrastructure Services Ltd** is seeking a **Head of Construction Projects** to lead the delivery of building and infrastructure projects from pre\-construction through completion. You will oversee project managers, budgets, programmes, contractors, and client relationships while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. * Develop comprehensive project plans using Primavera P6, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. * Utilise Civil 3D for designing and reviewing civil engineering aspects of projects to ensure compliance with specifications. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progression. * Monitor progress regularly through site visits and meetings; adjust plans as necessary to address any delays or issues. * Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. * Ensure all health \& safety regulations are strictly followed on\-site; promote a safe working environment at all times. * Prepare detailed reports on project status, costs, and risks for senior management and stakeholders. * Manage project documentation meticulously to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Mentor and supervise project teams to foster professional development and maintain high standards of work.
**Requirements**
* Significant experience leading construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects. * Proven management of multiple projects, teams, budgets, and contractors. * Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project controls. * Excellent leadership, commercial judgement, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Relevant construction, engineering, surveying, or project\-management qualifications. * Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams. * Sound knowledge of health \& safety regulations within the construction industry. * Demonstrable ability in time management to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. * Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management are preferred.
Pay: £65,000\.00\-£82,000\.00 per year
