Your future responsibilities:
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen hinsichtlich Servicemengen und -qualität sowie neuer Anforderungen an Produkte und Prozesse
- Produktionsplanung, -steuerung und -priorisierung sowie Leitung von Statusmeetings
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität, Servicelevel und Termintreue
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereichs
- Key User für das ERP-System
- Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation von 17 Mitarbeitenden sowie Förderung einer vertrauensvollen, wertschätzenden und leistungsorientierten Teamkultur
What you bring to the role:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld sowie Führungserfahrung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Umsetzungsvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Empathische und nahbare Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hohe Eigenmotivation, Prozesse, Strukturen und Menschen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
