Your future responsibilities:
- Unterstützung des Key Account Managements in allen operativen und administrativen Belangen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kundenbetreuung
- Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Verträgen und kundenbezogenen Vereinbarungen
- Federführende Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen sowie Angebots- und Verhandlungsverfahren in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
- Pflege, Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Preis- und Konditionsdaten in der Warenwirtschaft
- Eigenständige Abwicklung des Bonusmanagements einschließlich Pflege und Prüfung von Bonusvereinbarungen, Ermittlung der abrechnungsrelevanten Umsätze sowie Erstellung, Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung der Bonusabrechnungen
- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Stammdaten- und Kalkulationstools zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten und aktuellen Datenbasis als Grundlage für vertriebliche Entscheidungen und Kundenkommunikation
- Eigenständige Aufbereitung von Absatz- und Umsatzzahlen zur zielgerichteten Unterstützung des Key Account Managements
- Verantwortung für die operative Erstellung sowie den regelmäßigen Versand standardisierter und kundenspezifischer Reportings (z. B. Healthcare‑Sales‑Reports) an Key Kunden
What you bring to the role:
- Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Operations oder Key Account Support
- Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsverfahren
- Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement oder in der Betreuung von Kundenvereinbarungen
- Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege und Datenqualitätsmanagement
- Umgang mit komplexen internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von vertrieblichen Prozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen/Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Excel bzw. Kalkulations- und Analyse-Tools
- Verständnis von Preis- und Konditionslogiken
