We are seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor to provide a world-class and consistent building maintenance service for stakeholders across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead the Operations & Maintenance team, ensuring site maintenance activities are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused leader who can supervise, develop and support a high-performing team while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors and vendors.

This role is based three days per week at Quarry House, with two days dedicated to site visits, engineer audits and operational support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Technical Services Operations & Maintenance team.
  • Plan, assign and direct maintenance activities across sites.
  • Recruit, train, develop and conduct appraisals for team members.
  • Ensure planned maintenance activities and work orders are completed to schedule.
  • Manage the inventory and storage of tools, spare parts and service equipment.
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring safe site access and successful completion of works.
  • Support reporting activities, equipment evaluations and the preparation of scopes of work.
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, statutory and HSEQ requirements.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience managing a team is essential.
  • Experience within Facilities Management is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Experience managing maintenance operations, contractors and service delivery is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
  • Must hold full UK driving licence (car/car allowance provided).
