About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Executive with hands-on experience in the D2C/E-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting, reconciliations, GST/TDS, cash flow, inventory, and financial reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond routine accounting and contribute to financial analysis, business performance, investor reporting, and growth planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable, receivables, and vendor payments.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and burn-rate reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Monitor and analyze cash flow, margins, expenses, and financial performance.
Support inventory and marketplace-related financial reconciliations.
Assist with investor reporting and financial data preparation.
Provide support during fundraising, audits, and due diligence processes.
Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Work closely with management to provide financial insights for business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in a D2C brand – Mandatory.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS & statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally and/or Zoho Books.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, margins, working capital, and MIS.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Good to Have
CA pursuing candidates preferred.
CFA Level 1 certification/progress will be an added advantage.
Experience with marketplace reconciliations such as Amazon/Flipkart.
Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or due diligence.
deal Candidate
Someone who understands D2C finance beyond spreadsheets and can connect financial numbers with cash flow, inventory, margins, profitability, and overall business growth.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per month
