DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Sales team to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and develop strategies to manage them effectively.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress or outcomes.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to management as needed.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and requirements, assessing their impact and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maintain project alignment.
- Establish quality standards and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed these standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks, reviews, and inspections to verify compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct project evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify lessons learned.
- Ensure proper project closure, including final deliverable acceptance, documentation, and handover.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field and has license.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in industries like construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations, industry standards, and practices in the Philippines.
- Generate reports on project status, risks, issues, and performance indicators.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
