What you'll do
- Lead worldwide industrialisation projects
- Assess international markets to identify new technologies, equipment and solutions relevant to automotive assembly
- Evaluate suppliers and start-ups, run feasibility studies and pilot tests
- Build business cases and recommend which innovations to adopt and where
- Lead automation projects: robotics, cobots, vision systems, automated handling and testing
- Lead digitalisation projects such as XXX
- Work with IT and plant teams to deploy digital tools that deliver measurable results
- Drive adoption and share best practices between sites

What we are looking for
- Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, automation or similar)
- 5-7 years of experience in industrialisation, automation or process engineering, ideally in automotive industry
- Strong innovation project management skills
- Solid knowledge of assembly processes, automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts
- Analytical mindset and the ability to build and defend a business case
- Fluent English, additional languages are an asset (German / Spanish)
