ABOUT MOXY:
Moxy Services is a leading provider of outsourced resort and Airbnb housekeeping and cleaning services on the Sunshine Coast. We have an in-house commercial laundry at our Maroochydore depot where we launder all of our linen and towels for hotel resorts and holiday accommodation properties.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the multi-shift laundry operation and cleaning service support function. The position is responsible for managing a team making sure that both internal linen and customer-owned goods (COG) is processed to exact standards and turnaround times and all tools and supplies are available to the cleaning team on a daily basis.

WHAT IS INVOLVED:
- Maintain an efficient laundry operation on a daily basis to meet demand
- Coordinate complex logistics, including pick up and delivery schedules from client premises
- Ensure cleaning tools are clean, well-maintained and organised daily for the team
- Maintain adequate stock of linen and amenities, conduct stocktakes and order supplies
- Liaise with the Operations Lead to ensure adequate staffing to meet operational demand
- Train team members, lead and guide their daily activities
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU:
- Previous experience as a laundry supervisor, office or warehouse manager or facility lead
- Strong commitment to delivering spotless, high-standard linen for luxury resort and holiday rental clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office/facility administration
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the Operations Lead, cleaners, and laundry team.
