Urgent opening Purchase Executive - Rabale Navi mumbai

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
salary - 25-35k pm
Job Summary
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing materials, obtaining quotations,
negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of
quality materials, and maintaining inventory coordination to support uninterrupted
production and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA/QC, and Accounts departments.
Ensure purchased materials meet quality and technical specifications.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as per requirement.
Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and documentation.
Evaluate vendor performance periodically.
Resolve supply, quality, and invoice-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare purchase reports and MIS as required.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (B.Com/BE Mech.)
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Materials Management (Preferred)
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering Industry preferred.
