About the Role
This is a dual-function role. One half of your week will be spent writing — creating content that builds PeopleLogic's brand, generates leads, and engages our audience. The other half will be spent supporting our internal Capability Development team — helping design training content, build presentations, and create learning material for our recruiters and managers and coordinate training.
If you love writing, enjoy making things look good, and want a role where your work is actually seen and used — this is it.
What You Will Do
Part A — Content Writing & Marketing
-
Write and edit newsletter content , monthly State of Hiring (SOH) newsletter — our flagship market intelligence report sent to 7,000+ HR leaders and hiring managers
-
Write LinkedIn posts, articles, and social media content aligned to our weekly editorial calendar (Monday to Friday)
-
Write content for our website — landing pages, blog articles, service pages — optimised for SEO and targeted at HR decision-makers
-
Draft and send segment-based email campaigns (GCC, BFSI, IT Services) using Zoho Campaigns
-
Write submissions for external publications: HR Katha, ETHRWorld, PeopleMatters, NASSCOM community
-
Support award and event submissions — write compelling narratives about PeopleLogic's work and impact
-
Help create content for the People Pulse internal newsletter — keeping employees informed and engaged

-
Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met without being chased
Part B — Capability Development & Training Support
-

-
Build clean, well-designed PowerPoint presentations for training sessions, leadership reviews, and internal communication
-
Help script and produce short training and explainer videos for our YouTube channel and LinkedIn
-

Comfortable with PowerPoint or Google Slides — you can build a decent-looking slide without being given a template
-
Organised and reliable — you meet deadlines, you follow up, you do not need to be reminded twice
-
Curious about business, industry trends, and the world of work — you will be writing about hiring, talent, and the IT industry daily
-
We do not care about education as long as you have passion and flair for the job and a willingness and thirst to learn.

Any internship or project experience in content writing, copywriting, communications, or digital marketing
-
Basic familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or any design tool
