Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects for USA & UK clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and experience working with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects on time
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and design teams
- Communicate with USA & UK clients to understand requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality deliverables
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong experience in technical project management (8–10 years)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with international clients (USA/UK)
- Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Technical background in Java / Python / Web Development
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- PMP / Scrum certification is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E / MCA / MBA or related field
- Experience handling remote/global teams is an advantage
