About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong procurement process knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement systems and finance-related transformation projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience documenting current and to-be business processes, identifying process improvements, and supporting system implementation or replacement projects. Experience involving procurement, disbursement, finance processes, and business process optimization is highly relevant to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes covering procurement and disbursement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support procurement system implementation, replacement, or upgrade projects.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Analyze finance-related processes, including financial planning, procurement, and disbursement.
- Contribute to business process optimization initiatives and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Assist in developing process documentation, reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
- Monitor process performance and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong background in procurement and related business processes.
- Hands-on experience with procurement systems, such as:
- Ariba
- SAP Procurement
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oracle Fusion
- Oracle NetSuite
- SAP Grow
- Actual project experience in procurement system implementation, replacement, or upgrade initiatives.
- Experience handling finance-related projects involving financial planning, procurement, or disbursement.
- Experience in business process optimization projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to document business processes, gather requirements, and support process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Exposure to finance transformation and procurement process improvement initiatives.
- Experience developing dashboards, analytics, and performance reports.
