Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will oversee employee relations, manage HR systems, and uphold HR legal compliance to foster a positive, productive workplace environment. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of employment and labor law, HR compliance standards, and confidentiality management to support the organization’s growth and stability.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies aligned with employment laws and organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and labor laws, including legal updates affecting HR practices.
  • Manage HR systems to streamline processes related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee data management.
  • Lead employee relations efforts by addressing workplace issues, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, maintaining trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and enforce HR legal compliance to mitigate risks related to employment practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employment law matters, including labor negotiations, disciplinary actions, and policy development.

Experience

  • Proven experience (3-5 yrs) in human resources leadership roles, preferably as an HR Director or equivalent senior position.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law, HR compliance standards, and legal frameworks governing workplace practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing HR systems and implementing effective employee relations strategies.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols related to sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in developing policies that ensure legal compliance while fostering a positive work environment.

This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to shape our organizational culture while ensuring adherence to all legal requirements governing employment practices.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
