**Project Execution \& Site Management:*** Support end\-to\-end execution of utility\-scale, C\&I, and rooftop solar projects — schedules, milestones, and resource planning. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams. * Supervise site activities (civil, structural, electrical, module installation) per approved drawings, BOQ, and specs. * Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance; conduct site inspections and progress reviews.
**Stakeholder \& Procurement Coordination*** Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; represent project in review meetings. * Facilitate approvals, inspections, and statutory compliances. * Coordinate material/equipment delivery; monitor inventory, stock, and consumption records.
**Quality, Safety \& Commissioning*** Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce EHS standards; conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. * Coordinate pre\-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization; ensure smooth handover with documentation.
**Documentation \& Cost Control*** Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports; maintain DPRs, MOMs, RFIs, NCRs, and site logs. * Track KPIs, budgets, and expenditures; support billing, variation orders, and project closure.
**Technical Skills:*** Knowledge of solar PV systems, BOS components, inverters, transformers, SCADA, and grid connectivity. * Understanding of EPC project lifecycle and construction methodologies. * Familiarity with electrical and civil installation practices. * Knowledge of applicable standards such as IEC, IS, NEC, and local regulations. * Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
**Required Qualifications:**
1\) Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline. 2\) Additional certification in Project Management, Solar Design, or Construction Management is preferred.
