Job Purpose: Efficient project execution per Change Control Request (CCR)
Key Results Area and Tasks
1. Project Planning
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
2. Development
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
3. System Management
- Manage the set-up and configuration of systems.
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
4. Implementation
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs.
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
5. Documentation Management and Data Privacy
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of the documents and sensitive data and other reports.
- Organize all the documents and date involved and store them safely.
6. Ad hoc
- Other work activities that may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Graduate of Computer Engineering or any IT related course.
2. Knowledgeable of process mapping and/or SDLC.
Pay: Php17,500.00 per month
