Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize influencer tracking sheets weekly
- Maintain and update key performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, engagement rate, and cost per view
- Analyze influencer performance to identify trends and actionable insights
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with key takeaways and strategic recommendations
- Build dashboards (Google Sheets or Looker Studio) to visualize campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with the influencer team to support creator shortlisting and campaign strategy
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Ability to identify data patterns and translate them into actionable insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Bonus: Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital content, or with a D2C brand
