What You’ll Do:
🔬 Product Development Support
Develop and assist in the formulation and development of hair color, hair care, and beauty products under senior guidance.
🧪 Testing & Trials
Support product trials, stability studies, and basic quality checks to ensure safety and performance.
📊 Research & Learning
Research new ingredients, formulations, and industry trends in cosmetology and beauty.
📦 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, quality, and marketing teams during product development and scale-up.
📝 Documentation
Maintain formulation records, trial observations, SOPs, and testing data accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience OR strong academic/project/internship exposure in cosmetics, hair care, or personal care R&D.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
✔ Skills:
Basic understanding of cosmetic formulations
Willingness to learn and experiment
Attention to detail & documentation
