Job Description:
The Manager - Training will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees across various departments within the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, designing appropriate training materials, and ensuring the effective delivery of training sessions. The Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance employee skills, improve performance levels, and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and discussions with department heads.
- Develop and curate training content that aligns with company objectives and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and management to support talent development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and employee progress for senior management.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital training tools.
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Experience in developing e-learning content and training materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
