Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Lead and manage site workers to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship quality and project compliance.
- Monitor site materials, equipment, and resources to prevent delays and wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Identify site issues and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure all personnel follow safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel.
- Investigate and report site incidents, accidents, and non-conformance matters.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and site reports.
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders regarding site activities and progress updates.
- Support successful project completion by ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
- Having license and willing to travel to project sites when required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and safety regulations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
