We are a growing group of clinics in Kuantan and Kuala Lumpur, aiming for RM7 million in revenue in 2027. We're looking for a hands-on finance leader to manage our accounts, cash flow and purchasing, and lead a team of three.
Location: Kuantan, Pahang (with travel to KL branches) Reports to: CEO
What you'll do
- Manage full-set accounts for all branches and deliver monthly management reports.
- Prepare the annual budget and cash flow forecasts, and track performance against the RM7 million target.
- Oversee panel and insurance billing, and make sure claims are collected on time.
- Lead purchasing of medicines, consumables and equipment, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Control inventory across branches, including stock counts and expiry management.
- Handle tax, audit, e-Invoicing and other statutory compliance.
- Set up finance and procurement SOPs as we open new branches.
- Lead and develop a team of three: Account Executive, Account Assistant and Inventory Executive.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CIMA, MIA or CPA (completed or in progress) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years leading a team.
- Experience with full-set accounts, budgeting and inventory or procurement.
- Healthcare, pharmacy or multi-branch experience is an advantage, especially panel billing.
- Comfortable with accounting software (e.g. SQL Account, AutoCount) and Excel.
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to travel between Kuantan and KL.
