Summary: The role of the Senior Business Analyst (BA) Lead is crucial for steering the requirements phase of a centralized project aimed at assessing and enhancing the current platform's documentation and functionality.
Responsibilities:

Consolidate existing documentation and assess it against the new strategy.

Identify and highlight gaps in current-state requirements.

Support the definition of functional requirements for a like-for-like replacement.

Engage senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and a shared vision throughout the project journey.

Oversee regression testing to ensure core banking functionalities are maintained.
Must Haves:

Extensive experience in requirements analysis and documentation.

Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders in a Director-level capacity.

Strong capabilities in creating and communicating a clear vision for project outcomes.
Nice to Haves:

Prior experience in core banking systems.

Familiarity with regulatory documentation standards.

Background in project management methodologies.
