A well-established company in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Branch Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Branch Manager or similar management role
- Previous experience managing a branch with responsibility for sales, administration, warehouse and operations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and branch performance
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (essential)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall performance and profitability of the branch
- Lead, mentor and develop the branch team
- Drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships
- Oversee all branch administration and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse operations, stock control and inventory
- Monitor budgets, expenses and branch performance
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyse branch reports and KPIs
- Liaise with management regarding branch performance and strategic objectives
