A Well - Established Company Seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to join their Team in Centurion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Develop branding concepts and visual assets for products and campaigns.
- Design product packaging, including packaging boxes and related artwork.
- Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
- Develop concepts, storyboards, and creative layouts from initial briefs through to final execution.
- Maintain and update company websites with new visual content and design improvements.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital production while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all multimedia and creative projects.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with CorelDRAW or equivalent design software will be advantageous.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design, branding, and digital marketing work.
- Experience designing for digital marketing platforms, including social media and online advertising.
- Experience with website maintenance and updating website content.
- Knowledge of packaging design and print production processes.
- Excellent creative thinking, conceptualization, and storyboarding abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
