The Role in a Nutshell
As Brand Marketing Director, you'll lead marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand consistency across Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access. Agent Image is your home base, but you'll also steer the marketing direction for the other two — making sure each brand has a distinct identity, a clear audience, and campaigns that actually move the needle.
You'll work hand-in-hand with creative, content, SEO, web, sales, and leadership teams — translating business goals into marketing plans that drive awareness, leads, retention, and growth.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Lead brand marketing strategy and execution across all three brands
Keep messaging, visuals, and voice consistent (and on-point) across every channel
Shape brand architecture and sharpen how each brand is positioned against the others
Own the marketing calendar — balancing priorities, deadlines, and resources across a busy portfolio
Partner with leadership to turn business goals into marketing plans with teeth
Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, web, and sales teams on assets that actually convert
Support product, sales, and partnership teams with positioning, launch materials, and collateral
Review and approve marketing output — you're the last checkpoint before it goes out
Dig into campaign performance and turn data into decisions leadership can act on
Build scalable systems for managing requests, approvals, and brand governance across the portfolio
Mentor marketing contributors and offshore team members as the team grows
