We’re assisting our client, a consumer brand in hydration, sport and lifestyle, in hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
You’ll work with the Founder and marketing team to create content people want to watch and share, while building relationships with creators, sports clubs and brand partners. We’re looking for someone who understands social trends and knows how to turn community moments and brand ideas into engaging content.
- Relevant experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, community marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media trends, with excellent writing and storytelling skills for short-form content.
- Awareness of sport, lifestyle, entertainment and internet culture, with the judgment to identify trends that fit the brand.
- Ability to turn campaign and business objectives into clear content plans and use performance data to improve results.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, communities or brand partners is highly valued; experience coordinating events, activations or content shoots is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, partners and deliverables.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, resourceful approach, with the confidence to take ownership and adapt to changing priorities in an early-stage business.
