Key Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint goal definition.
- Identify and resolve impediments affecting team productivity and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, architecture, and management.
- Monitor project progress, track delivery commitments, and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions to ensure effective project execution.
- Promote Agile principles and foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical background in software development, ideally with hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or DevOps Engineer.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
- Proven experience delivering software projects in agile environments.
- Experience coordinating mid-sized, cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
