- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services related to Cloud and Software Services specially in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Develop detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including timeframes, scope, and compliance comparison against Terms of Reference (TOR).
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions to meet their specific needs
- Collaborate closely with vendors to tailor products to customer requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Work closely with the same team to identify and comprehend customer needs, including the setup and deployment processes.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Generate and submit report in a timely manner to keep the team informed and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors degree in any related field
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D - With good communication and presentation skills
