Perform installation and deployment of products and solutions sold by Microgenesis. Provide excellent post sales technical support to clients by staying up to date with product knowledge and presentations, certifications and trainings, and teamwork spirit with co-engineers and sales personnel.
I. Essential Job Function
- Performs installation and provide post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable Turn-around time is achieved.
- Conduct continuous study, testing and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills. Acquire technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations.
- Provide support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo and Presentations.
- Provide in-house IT support for servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storages, and among other products of Microgenesis.
- Conduct trainings to internal and external customers and co-engineers (cross training)
- Prepare, update and submit CRM, E-mail activity report, Service Slip and continuously coordinate with TSC Coordinator.
- Perform other functions that maybe assigned by TSC supervisors and Managers such as;
1. Other business/company related matters as needed
2. Provide technical assistance to other business groups
3. Provide in-house IT support to internal IT of Microgenesis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any computer related course
- At least 1 year experience as a Network Engineer is required
- Supporting certification is an advantage but not required
