Department Operations LevelEntry Level LocationBangkok The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor day to day of inbound shipments receiving
- Manage work plan and prioritise by daily and weekly
- Coordinate with other internal and external team to ensure that inbound shipment process is smooth
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure that staff members follow strictly on company policies and procedures
- Delegate work duties for staff to achieve objectives and allocate available resources properly
- Review performance data (activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
- Create department report for work analysis and performance improvement
- To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team player
- Able to work on shift and day-off when required
