We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in React Native and Expo to design and deliver high-performance, scalable, and resilient mobile applications. This role focuses on building cross-platform solutions (iOS & Android) while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems, modern mobile engineering practices, and secure architecture.
You will also play a key role in driving technical innovation by prototyping emerging technologies, optimizing application performance, and establishing best practices to ensure maintainable, future-ready mobile solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Provide senior‑level mobile engineering expertise across application architecture, data handling, integrations, and platforms.

Design, build, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native (Expo) with high standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior mobile developers; drive continuous learning and skill development.

Participate in and lead code reviews, define mobile coding standards, and enforce best practices around maintainability, performance, and security.

Conduct POCs on emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and libraries; help scale and productize successful experiments with delivery partners.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications focusing on performance, memory usage, startup time, and battery efficiency.

Work closely with product, UX, backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver future‑proof mobile solutions covering digital journeys, automation, APIs, integrations, and data.

Evaluate and implement new mobile frameworks, SDKs, libraries, and developer tooling as part of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Ensure the mobile technology stack stays current with evolving ecosystem trends (React Native, Expo, iOS, Android).

Provide technical expertise in addressing non‑functional requirements such as security, scalability, accessibility, observability, and app store compliance.

Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, app store submissions, and OTA (Over‑The‑Air) updates using Expo. Key skills required

Desired qualification and experience
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MSc-IT
- 4-8 years of experience with hands-on software development background.
